Building Chambers
Chambers are built from catalog objects placed on a 3D grid.
Active grid
The visible grid represents the elevation currently being edited.
- Selecting an object moves the editing grid to that object's height.
- Entering Place mode restores the last placement height.
- Use R / F to raise or lower the active plane before placing.
- Press G to show or hide the grid.
Structures
- Floors — walkable surfaces and chamber foundations.
- Walls — block movement and define spaces.
- Platforms — elevated walkable areas.
Gameplay objects
- Spawn — required starting position for the Subject.
- Calibration Platform — required exit / completion goal.
- Hazards — lethal or disruptive elements.
- Mechanisms — buttons, moving platforms, turrets, and other interactive pieces.
Editing tools
- Object selection — click objects in Select mode (C).
- Move — drag or nudge with arrow keys.
- Rotate — Q and E.
- Delete — Delete (protected objects excluded).
- Undo / Redo — Ctrl+Z and Ctrl+Y.
- Duplicate — Ctrl+D.
